Self-control is important, folks \o/
Kinda something you have to explicitly learn & acknowledge when you're someone with something like ADHD who has impulse problems, and didn't really learn about asserting boundary in a culture full of walking on egg shells and being doormats, especially to your parents/elders.
That's all from me I think
Well one more thing; just sitting with nothing but music to the point of boredom and innerworld exploration is cool & nice.
