As the agent began to speak about the home, the blonde couldn’t really pay attention. Juniper turned on the sidewalk, blue hues staring at the townhouse in front of her. It was just in her and Aisha’s budget range and though they hadn’t been looking for a new home, they had talked about it in passing. The two lived in the Union and the townhouse was just a couple blocks down, still within the same neighborhood. So, she took it upon herself to look into a place and possibly surprise her girlfriend with it. Hues scanned the large white townhouse in front of her. Compared to the one she was currently in, it blew it out of the water. The one in front of her was white with black and navy blue accents. On the outside, it appeared to be three stories and was fenced around the front.
“Can I see the inside?” She asked, hues landing on the agent for the first time in a while. As the woman nodded and led Juniper inside, she started rambling again about the house and other pitches she could throw at Juniper in order to convince her to buy the place, but she wasn’t really paying attention again as she looked around in awe. The space around her was huge and empty, but as she looked around, she could practically see how her and Aisha could decorate the place.
When first walking up the stairs and inside, she was met with a foyer where she could easily picture her upright piano where she could play and the sound flow all throughout the house. As they made it into the kitchen, a smile grew on her face. She could see the current white cabinets and island being painted black within the full sized kitchen and knew it would possibly be Aisha’s favorite place to make food and candies. As the blonde continued she was met with an empty window bay area that she could picture being the dinning room for when they had more guests than what the island could hold. She could easily picture possibly painting an accent wall black to make it cohesive with the kitchen. Walking along, she approached a half bathroom, giving the blonde a grateful feeling as that meant she wouldn’t have to constantly have to run upstairs to use the restroom like she was doing currently. Walking across, she was met with the living room and sliding glass doors that led to the backyard. She took in the living room first, picturing just how her and Aisha could decorate it. Possibly a mix of boho and modern to fit both of their styles. Moving to the backyard, the area was huge, much larger than what she had now and she could easily see the grill, lights, back porch area being one of her favorite spots with the pups.
The agent then led her up the stairs, continuing to spew about how the market was great for buying currently and how Juniper would be getting the home at such a magnificent deal. But the blonde didn’t listen to her, seeing the full bathroom with a walk in shower first. She chuckled a bit to herself, thinking of decorating it in the stitch bathroom set that she had yet to use. Following the woman to the next room it was a huge master bedroom, the balcony attached to one side and a master bedroom attached to the other that was equipped with a white claw foot bathtub, separate shower, and a his and hers sink on opposing sides. Her feet then carried her to a room that could easily be a bedroom but Juniper had other plans for it. It was a big enough space that she could utilize as her music office where she could keep all her tech equipment and write/produce her music with ease. That’s when Juniper was close to falling in love with the idea of the townhouse being hers and Aisha’s, but she still had so much to explore.
Juniper followed the agent downstairs, then down more to the very bottom level of the townhouse. The stairs led straight through a door and into a huge room that could be another home or living area had Aisha and Juniper wanted to rent the space out. But she was sure that Aisha would have bigger ideas. As she looked around, she thought about the big space being an entertainment or game room where Aisha could game on her computer and they could keep other items such as gaming consoles, movies, board games, others of the such. Walking to the other side of the area, there were two rooms separated by a full bathroom in between them. Aisha and Juniper had a rather decent friend circle, let alone Hell Hounds and people Aisha worked with and called her friends herself. The blonde could easily picture the area being two guest bedrooms and a bathroom.
“It’s definitely a lot to take in, especially for just two people. But it’s definitely a home that has room to grow while the two of you do. Especially if you both plan on having kids in the future.” The agent spoke, a sweet smile on her face as she tried to sweet talk Juniper into taking the deal.
The thing is...she didn’t even have to try. Juniper had already fallen in love with the place and pictured exactly how it would look in the future. “I’ll give you the down payment now. Then I’ll bring my girlfriend over and let her see the space to see if she wants it as well. Though, I have a huge feeling she will.” The blonde told the agent, grabbing her wallet and digging in it for her information. It may have been a four bedroom, three and a half bath townhouse, but Juniper knew that it would be home. A perfect home. Her and Aisha’s dream home. And she wasn’t going to let it slip through her fingers.
“Sounds like a plan, Ms. Soleil. It’s a pleasure doing business with you today and I hope to see you and your girlfriend very soon.” The agent spoke as she working through her papers to log Juniper’s down payment.
This was the start. The start of Juniper and Aisha’s dream home and became a reality.
