2 Tumblr only ones that are currently 'on hold' (I'm still writing them, but I'm not publishing chapters at the moment)

I tend to split my writing up between a handful of projects over the month. It keeps me from burnout and ensures that I'm excited and interested in whatever I'm writing. I've made the mistake of only focusing on one project for a month and that is all it takes to start to kill my enjoyment for the work. and then I abandon the fic for six odd months. I'm aware of my own flaws and that combined with my short attention span means this is the best way I work and actually post content.
With that being said. Out of my 3 'major' fics, does anyone have any preferences over which I should attempt to prioritise over August? I will probably poke at all three, but I would love to post 1-2 chapters of one of those next month. Should I do a straw poll? Would people vote in a straw poll?
I found the PERFECT song for Roman and Virgil and love confession in Sound! It’s... wait, I’m how many chapters away from that?

Well, its Jan 1st!
New month, new year, new decade!
I thought I’d put down in writing what I want from my fanfic this year.
But first a couple of stats from last year. All are rounded down to hundreds.
I wrote for 19 different stories, not all published and one is currently ‘anonymous’ on A03 as part of a secret santa.
The work I wrote the most for, amazingly enough was In Memoriam, which clocks in at roughly 115,300 words. That, at least, is a complete story.
The second thing I wrote the most for, no surprise, is Consequences of Sound, which came to 105,700.
The work I wrote the most words but haven’t put the story out for people to read was my Gotham AU.
The work I wrote the least words for but haven’t put the story out for people to read was a Kid Patton idea.
That is last year.
So broadly speaking, my goals are;
Finish the majority of my wips. Or at least - finish two stories before I start a new one. Most of them, I have a rough idea of how many chapters they will have and none of them are nearly as long as the three ‘main’ stories. Sound, Redemption and Wolfbane.
Reach the start of the end of Act 3 of Sound. I mean, I’d love to finish it, but we still have a way to go. This may surprise people but I do have an outline for the story which has never changed its overall shape. It’s just grown in different directions but it always had a prologue, three acts and an epilogue.
Write the sequel to A Dragon’s Tail? It’s been a while, are people still interested in that?
But most of all;
Don’t hold myself rigid to these ‘goals’. I want to write. I want to have fun and I want to share the stories inside my head.
But I don’t want to feel guilty or a failure. I originally felt so bad at the end of last year because I hadn’t gotten as far as I wanted in various things. Even though I had achieved so much.
And it won’t be the end of the world if I end up going completely off book.
Anyway.
Back to Absent Gods and Silent Tyranny, which is my focus this week. I have so many thoughts for this story.

The tumblr gods are mocking me.
Last few days I keep hitting a whole 300 followers. Only to find the last three are bots. Block, block, block. I don’t know why they keep finding me, but go away! let me have my tiny corner in piece while I await a legit 300.
