My boyfriend is the best...
I was having a super bad morning and was on the verge of having a meltdown and he took me to his house and gave me a "spa day." It was the cutest and most relaxing thing ever. We put on face-mask thingies, he combed my hair and braided it really beautifully, and he gave me a near-perfect manicure. I couldn't ask for a better boyfriend :)
Perks of having a FTM boyfriend
You get first choice of all his old clothes :D
I would like to apply for a position as an evil minion. I enjoy setting things on fire. I do not have much experience as a minion, but I was hoping this minionship I could gain experience.
your pyromania could come in handy welcome to the league
I have anxiety and caffeine seems to increase levels of anxiety and cause more anxiety/panic attacks. I know that I should not consume much caffeine, but it feels as though I can't start or get through my day without it. I need it, but it doesn't really help the whole anxiety thing. Are there any other things I could try that could wake me up/keep me awake during the day? Feel free to publish this in case anyone else may have the same problem.
Hey there!
I have exactly the same issue as this! I normally used to drink a lot of coffee in the morning to wake me up and then realised that the caffeine was just making my anxiety worse.
I was always told that tea had a lot more caffeine in it that coffee, so when I stopped drinking coffee I also stopped drinking tea, but when I actually researched into it a little further I found out that a cup of tea only had half the amount of caffeine as a cup of instant coffee, so I would just drink a mug of tea in the morning and it gave me that little caffeine buzz to make up, but wouldn't set off my anxiety.
And if you're not a big an of tea, then another great alternative is apparently Ginseng, I've never tried it myself but I've heard that it's really good because it increases blood flow and has the same stimulating effect of coffee without the caffeine. You can get it in tea form if you like fruit teas, or you can buy it as capsules or tincture (but they normally cost a little more)
