reminder that harvard has dozens of free online classes for a huge range of subjects. i’m currently enrolled in a class centered around the history of divination, as well as world history. it’s worth your time, in my opinion.

Dark Academia On A Budget Aesthetic🕯🎻

Thrifted/Secondhand books. Old t-shirts & jeans. Watching Dead Poets Society on 123movies. Printing sheet music from Google. Jacking your dad’s coats & sweaters. Sneaking your mom’s blazers & loafers. Cheap eyeliner & dry shampoo. Downloading PDFs of classic books. Using $1 notebooks for journaling. Gas station coffee & tea. Borrowing books from the library (and “forgetting” to return them).

NOTE: Surely some of you are mature enough to know that I do not have a library full of public library books??? It was supposed to be funny but clearly a lot of people missed the mark.

Writing Tip

Don't be afraid to use Ctrl+F when navigating long written projects. It's far easier finding an earlier citation using this method than scrolling through 10+ pages of text
