A Candle for Daniel
As many Cyndago and Markiplier fans know, we lost a beautiful part of our lives on September 18, 2015 when Daniel Kyre passed away. Thinking on it this year on the 1 year anniversary, I discovered that after awhile, he may become farther and farther from our minds as time passes on. So I propose a memorial movement. Each year on September 18, light a candle - no matter the size or color - in your window at night for an hour. During that time, watch old Cyndago videos, write Daniel a letter, or maybe just watch the flame flicker as you reflect on the light that we lost. Moreover, find a white ribbon, and write Daniel’s name, or perhaps just wear a plain white ribbon, to keep it known - he is always there with us. Because even though I knew him very briefly before the tragedy, I grew attached.
