Goddess of suffering
sometimes I think about how we do not hear back from acantha. five missed calls and a god that speaks with your voice.
I'm playing Deadfire again, and it's kind of striking how ambivalent I am about romance in this game? I really like Maia, but I really dislike the RDC and am unlikely to support them. I really like Aloth, but he's a bestie to Acantha (yes, I'm playing Acantha again), maybe even a queerplatonic situationship, but I can't picture them in a romantic relationship.
(and my headcanonical Acantha is in love with a ghost and also a dragon, neither of whom are characters of note in Deadfire, so there's that)
my college classes just ended so guess who's getting his ocs ready for summer >:3
(acantha the char above uses she/they)
Whoo new painting!
bunch of sketchy headshots first is my oc acantha, rest are rqs :]
I was tagged by @westealtoys. Thank you so very much! ❤️
Usually, I don’t share parts of my novel yet. But I’m gonna make an exception today. I even translated it. (I’ll finish it in German before writing an English version.)
His golden eyes looked deeper than she dared to allow. Quickly, she turned away and jumped off the small wall she had sat on. [...] “She … wears my face.” Eneas seemed thoughtful while he watched her. As always, he radiated this calm serenity that helped her to sort out her thoughts as soon as they threatened to overwhelm her. Even in moments of high energy, on stage, when he acted determined or in joking, he never lost that flair of composed confidence. It didn’t appear indifferent, quite the contrary: Often she sensed an intensity in him that was captivating, intriguing, and at the same time it almost intimidated her. Once more, she wondered about his age. He didn’t appear older than thirty-five cycles, maybe forty, but he acted like a creature with experiences far beyond that timespan. Nonetheless, a hint of worry appeared on his face. “Do you think she’s one of the discarnate?” Acantha asked, “Could it be that one of them invaded my mind without my knowledge?” “I doubt the answer is that simple. They are tied to the rules of their realm. And ours.”

I’m tagging anyone with an interesting WIP to share, written or drawn. 👀
More character designs I made for artfight! These are some of the characters from my greek mythology story Hades Overflow!
