I'm gonna start a Greek singing group and it's gonna be called

The acapollos

And the uniform in gonna be the CHB tops

I still can’t get over how proud I am of this group! We performed again at the Aus-ACAs, this year walking away with Best Ensemble!!! On top of that, we were the ONLY non-auditioned ensemble, so that was pretty sweet. We performed this - Counting Stars - and a mash of We Found Love with A Sky Full of Stars. Yes, it’s not perfect - we put this together in 2 months and only started learning choreography 2 weeks before this. We also have 27 singers performing! But we threw our hearts and souls into this, and I’m just so incredibly proud.

... Also, the laughing right at the beginning? Jake, my co-director, blew the pitch pipe and then Bryan, the soloist, got feedback... and it was the same pitch. The exact same. Like, yeah, we totally pitch ourselves off feedback from the foldbacks, right?

Are you well and truly ready for this?

This is, without a doubt, the best my choir has ever sounded in 3 years. Featuring a nice little twist on a PTX cover (it's been Australianised a little. So shoot us.) we have body percussion, high energy and altos you can ACTUALLY HEAR.

For those who are interested, I'm the 2nd rap solo ("what it is, what it does" etc). Live recording, performed in a church. We run a little fast but I'm still shivering from this.

Wait, so the names don't have to be based on AA characters?

//Oh no they don’t! ^^ I’m just asking that they have some musical puns so it’s kind of resembles the name puns in Ace Attorney, such as:

Juniper Woods = referring to plants/fact she lives in the woods

Deid Mann = “dead man”, wasn’t really a character, just an expendable character so thus the pun

Dick Gumshoe = “gumshoe” is a term for a detective, which is Dick’s job

Now they don’t necessarily have to have obvious pun names but I thought it’d make them more identifiable~

For example, the one I recently found for the Soprano of the group is:

Claire Annette —> Clarinet: a musical instrument

I think I may keep that one actually because it sounds cute~ So if you have any ideas for the remaining guys, please let me know!

CALLING EVERYONE THAT KNOWS QUITE A BIT ABOUT MUSIC~

//If you know me, you know that I've been getting some ideas developed for a headcanon about Apollo Justice referred to commonly by me as "Acapollo"

Anyways, I've been thinking of drawing out Apollo's old acapella group that he would've hung out with and I think it'd be amazing if they were based off music terminology.

But here's the problem: I'm pretty clueless when it comes to all the technical aspects in music.

So here's what I'm asking:

I'm basing the group off of the amazing group Pentatonix. There's going to be five people in the group, consisting of the following ranges:

Bass beats (male)

Mid-Deep beats/bass voice (male)

Alto (male)

Mezzo-soprano (male/female)

Soprano (female)

So if anyone has any ideas for what musical terms they could be based off of or some musical puns for their names, please message me~!

This project may take some time and revising so there isn't any rush but any ideas that anyone has will be greatly appreciated.

And even if you're not familiar with music, if you have any ideas, please let me know! ^^ And pretty please reblog this so that other people will see this!

((Adding onto that "Acapollo" headcanon I came up with earlier, I can see an acapella group coming to the Wright Anything Agency, either for a legal case or the talent agency portion, and one of the singers was a member of Apollo's old acapella group in high school/college.

Once he/she recognizes Apollo, they try and see if Apollo's still got it. With some edging (aka arm-twisting) from Athena and Trucy, Apollo gives in and actually does pretty well, albeit with a little more forte than the group's accustomed to.

Trucy: And here I thought your talent was only defending! Apollo: *sheepish* H-hey cut it out!))
