She was born without it! The ‘Phantom Assassin’ Roxy Lalonde is a mystery in the setting of Overwatch, her actual identity and origins a mystery. In the terms of combat mechanics, Roxy is a high powered sniper, effectively a glass canon. In function she’s rather similar to Sombra, with a timed invisibility, a mobility power that lets her move through solid objects (including walls), long range sniping, and an Ult that summons a rain of random objects from the sky over a given area.
