Due of the nature of my job I get to meet the key decision makers at many major UK organisations responsible for ensuring their products and services are #accessible to people with #disabilities. I have advised some of the UK's biggest #banks and utility companies through to local and national #government on providing #accessible format #print solutions for their #disabled #customers #shareholders and #employees and how to engage with them via #socialmedia I have had a personal interest in the welfare and quality of life of #blind / #visuallyimpaired and #deaf people since my father lost his sight and hearing to meningitis in 2006.
