Accessible theme revamp

The original theme garden theme is several years old and was in need of a refresh. While the design is very similar, there are several changes to the theme options. I didn't want anyone to lose their settings, so this is a completely new version and not an update to the original.

This is much simpler to customize overall, so let me know if I should add some more of the older features into this one!

What's new to this version:

Day/night mode

Better NPF post support

Keyboard navigation between posts

Okay, I have to ask this question: Does the text look okay on my blog with this theme? Is the text spaced out alright or is it all bunched together?

I ask because when I re-read posts on my blog while I have this particular theme installed, it looks with the aid of my screen reader that can only read a certain amount of words on each line before you end moving to the next line. 

So, I’m just wondering if reading posts on this blog with this theme is an alright experience for you or does it make the reading experience for you a lot harder?

I’ve noticed that the amount of text on each line appears to be more when reading it on Google Chrome, as opposed to reading it on Microsoft Edge.

i made this for a private journal blog & forgot to release the code. it’s geared towards journal entries ordered by date, but you can also use it as a normal blog theme with dates on the permalink along with note count shown.

features:

400/500px posts

optional diary format - hides note count, via, & source, and groups posts by date, with time posted on post footer

adjustable font family and text size

navigation links set from your custom pages

circle/square icon

(about the Accessible Theme) cause i rlly liked the old version, can you make a link for the old version plz

There’s about 4 (technically 5) different ones in this series, so I’m not sure which one you’re referring to. I’ll just link to all of the older versions.

Accessible Revamps

This is a revamp of versions 1 and 2 of the Accessible theme. The old versions are still available on pastebin if you prefer that layout, but they will no longer be updated. 

New features

Bigger font size

Day/Night mode toggle switch

Open dyslexic toggle switch

Optional sidebar, header, borders, and post shadows

Responsive

Returning features

HP bar, battery, spoon, and heart meter options

Screen reader only text, including a “skip to main content” link

3 blacklisted post tags (posts with these tags will be hidden from the index page)

So by popular demand, I’m revamping the original versions of the Accessible theme first! 

I’m combining 1 and 2 since they were so similar, so there’s going to be a lot of customization options. These images are from the same preview to showcase the options that are available so far, but I will be adding more soon.

I might not be able to work on it this weekend due to the weather, but I’m aiming to release it next week.

can you show me where they’re stretched? I’m guessing it’s text posts, but I’m not sure

Hey I'm using your blog theme "accessibility" for one of my side blogs that I don't want to be connected to my main blog. However when I make text posts on my sideblog, if I hover over my side blog's icon that is part of the published post, it reveals what my main blog's name is. I would really prefer a way to keep that info private?

Oh I didn’t realize it would do that! I’m going to try to fix that asap! Is this the one in the theme garden or the revamps?
