Today July 7th, Chocolate lovers celebrate World Chocolate Day.
This food desired by many people, it’s made from dried and fermented cocoa seeds.

The international day of chocolate it’s celebrated since July 7th of 2010 after the agreement between the French acemia of chocolate and confectionery with the international organization of cocoa producers.
The first chocolate factories were born in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries in Europe and the United States. It’s said that in the year 1550 of this date, cocoa was introduced from America to Europe.
Europe is the largest consumer in the world followed by the United States. Currently there are many types of chocolates, including dark chocolate, bedding, white, with nuts and the recently discovered pink chocolate.
