Accordance Verse: Autodei

There is no art with this. I just wanted to get the concept of them across for later drawings. These were the "Borg" or "Dominion" level antagonists of the Accordance Verse setting, though they are mostly historical entities and few survive in the modern setting. They are Brontes' creations and he describes them thus: "Imagine if a tech billionaire stole the godhead and talked like a JRPG villain."

The Autodeus phenomena occurs independently on various worlds. Basically when a species reaches some level of technological singularity, there is often an individual who harnesses it solely around themselves. This can take the form of a theocratic tyrant working their people to death to build themselves an immortal golden robot body, or a tech giant uploading their brain into the collective internet and then taking over all industries. In short, they are hyper individualists with massive egos who obtained some level of technological godhood at the expense of their species.

Every Autodeus is a unique individual with their own philosophy and motive. They can take on many different forms, though the most common is some type of massive ship/temple/robot hybrid. They often have some kind of physics breaking technology that is unique to them and difficult to replicate with conventional technology. They have massive egos and see themselves as the center of the universe. They are incapable of cooperation as that would imply equality and few Autodei would acknowledge another as a peer. If they have servants, they are often little more than slaves or worshippers.

Their influence is what caused the Accordance galactic polity to form. At the time the universe was rife with Autodei with no serious threats to challenge them. The fledgling Accordance formed when various alien civilizations banded together against them. The war was long but over time the Accordance member species grew while the Autodei slowly lost by attrition. The Accordance had strength of unity and purpose while the Autodei refused to cooperate with one another and instead fought multiple different fronts. When the last Autodeus fell, the Accordance became the de facto galactic power.

I might be rereading Harry Potter again.  And I might, just now, be able to appreciate the attention to detail in Accordance.  Peanut is no ordinary rat and I’m he’ll worm his way into our hearts and inspire many tales of his own.

"I missed you." He whispered against her mouth. "I missed you too baby."She slid fingers through his hair, his eyes now much more visible. She held him close and slowly began to pull him into her very soul it seemed. He  groaned, gripping her hips. She pant against his neck and softly kissed the flesh. He came into her more and it left her breathless. Reaching up, he unzipped her dress. Her hips rolled once and he groaned again, louder this time against her mouth. He pulled at the dress hastily and she slid out of it with ease. Sliding fingers into his hair, she gripped the strands as he unclasped her bra. His hands stopped her gyrating hips. Leaning down, he pressed a soft sweet kiss to  her breast. 

"I've missed you so fucking much Lee." She couldn?t help but smile. She missed everything about him and she shoulda been kicking her ass for letting herself go without him.

His hands softly lifted her breasts, pressing kisses to the abundant mounds. She moaned softly as he slowly took each small little bud into his mouth, sucking until they hardened. The pure pleasure he gave her was unlike anything she had ever experienced before. Tobu had a way of loving her so right that she couldn?t breathe unless he had his mouth on her, giving her air. He had a way of making her feel like she was the most beautiful woman in the world. He made her feel like she wasn?t a failure.

"I love you..." He breathed against her, lifting his intense gaze.

"We're gonna work this shit out. Right here and right now and I don't give a fuck. I'm not letting you go and I'm not divorcing you."

He held her hips still and turned her back into the comforter. Without another word, he began to show her just how much he loved her and it left her breathless. It made tears come to her eyes and it made her throat hoarse. She loved him too. God she loved him too.
