I painted this image for my dear friend Brian QTN’s album, The Sound of Photosynthesis. Brian is one of those special forever souls in my life -the teacher; the friend; the family- and he is that for so many people. It is amazing the capacity he has to love and care for so many. I know from experience how exhausting it can be sometimes and yet, there is no other choice even if it drains us dry, we will give our love in the very last drop. I know a few of you out there really know what I mean. And I honor you and thank you. It is a hard world to be vulnerable and loving in and we NEED people who live in love.
