MK-09, or MK, was a modified MK-series maintenence droid owned by the Azzameen family during the Galactic Civil War. Able to pilot multiple types of starcraft, MK was considered part of the family and helped train Ace Azzameen to fly. MK believed that droids were superior to organics, and openly supported the Rebel Alliance, seeing their droid politics as better than the Empire.
