I was looking about the inter webs the other day, fantasizing about the day I move and where I may like to go. I decided to humor myself and typed in the search engine “asexual bars.”

Not one location was given, but plenty of complaints about the lack of said bars in the world.

If there are any entrepreneurs out there, this project is for you. Think of the recognition; the honor; the appreciation. Read these posts, if it comes on your dash, and consider.

For everyone out there: If you find it within yourself to reblog this, even if you’re not ace yourself, what should an ace bar have, in your opinion?

So many ideas...!!

My ideal ace bar would be based on ace flag colours...Black, grey, white and purple. Glasses will have either a spade or heart on it. There'll be areas for different things. A dance floor, for those who want an ace positive area, there'll be computers and a comfort area with a bookshelf. Drinks will be based with ace colours, names will be ace-related. The door would have an ace flag on it. It will be okay for people over the age of 15, just so they also have and 'ace-safe' area. There would be two menus, one for the underage customers, and one for the overage customers. It would play all types of music except overly romantic/sexual songs. Each person would wear a different colour wristband so they would know their romantic orientation or if they were demisexual. It would be gender neutral. It would be called suits of asexy or ace-plus or something...argh, so many ideas and I have an overactive imagination...
