It’s okay if you identify as ace because of trauma.
It’s okay to just identify as ace if that’s what’s comfortable for you. You don’t need to dissect every part of your romantic identity if it doesn’t feel helpful.
Being open about your asexuality is not “TMI”.
Asexual people are LGBT+
It’s okay if your labels change. How you feel can change, and your labels should be allowed to reflect that.
Your asexuality doesn’t make you incapable of love. How you express your love is up to you.
Having a lot of labels is helpful for some people. The language we use to identify ourselves is personal and it can be empowering to have specific words to describe how you feel.
There’s nothing shameful about your identity.
