Thank you Mrs W for your trust to let @acechoopropnex and I handle your HDB purchase and sale during this difficult period. We met Mrs W in Oct 2019 when she viewed one of our sale listing. She has been viewing houses on her own for almost a year and she is very independent and definitely capable to handle the purchase on her own. She has very specific requests and only looking at certain blocks within the cluster. Many things happened along the way but we maintained contact all these while.
