Since he made what he considers to be one of the worst mistakes of his high school career, Sam has only really had eyes for Roxy. He's not entirely sure if it could be considered love, or simply just a lost opportunity that never had the chance to come to fruition, but it's made it rather hard for him to move on. Sure, there have been other girls, but Roxy has always seemed to have a way lingering in the back of his mind. Other than that, he enjoys his little flirtations with Liese, but he's never taken the time to step back and consider her an actual prospect for a relationship -- maybe he should.

✖ - Who is someone they just cannot stand?

Above all else, Sam just loathes Jace. He hates him with a burning passion, not only because he was the guy that Roxy ended up with after their break up, but because he seems to wiggle himself into Sam's life one way or another. He doesn't trust him, especially once the Ari / Roxy drama started up. Being around him makes Sam generally irritable.
