[WGM] A STUNNING CONCLUSION

In a previous article following the trio of We Got Married: ACE Edition, we wrote that Jenn's surprise in discovering her arrangement was evident in her expressions. It seems that Myriad's maknae was left out of yet another decision in the show-- A decision that was supposed to be her own!

If you have been keeping up with the episodes, then you will know that, in a shocking twist, Jenn landed neither male as her husband in the show. A.C.E.'s darling Zephyr and rookie group Imperium's Minsu drove their Bond-esque getaway car into the sunset together.

Fans were astonished but not unhappy with the outcome. In fact, it's safe to say the fans went wild. A small percentage argue that it's unfair to Jenn, but it seems that an overwhelming majority are pleased that the writers allowed this ending to come into being.

Jenn had been walking around the ACE halls (as per usual), counting down the days until she’d be cleared for a return to the practice rooms. As she did so, she spotted a familiar face: Kae Minsu. The two didn’t interact much besides on the days they had to film We Got Married together. After the last “date” tensions were somewhat awkward as they didn’t quite know how to approach one another.

Thinking on a limb, the girl decided to sneak up on the other and start a conversation– better to start one now than be awkward later, during their next filming. “You know,” She began, attempting to slip into her usual ‘charm’. “They say that the camera adds ten pounds. But if you keep eating all that grease, it’ll just double.”

[WGM] ACE LOVE TRIANGLE?!

A recent episode of We Got Married: ACE Edition recently revealed a unique marriage– a trio! Jenn of Myriad now must choose between the better of two husbands: senior Zephyr of beloved boy group A.C.E. or junior Minsu of rookie group Imperium. This is the first time followers of the popular variety show have ever seen such a thing, though it is not unique to American television. 

Similar to a popular reality series, The Bachlorette, producers of the special ACE showing of We Got Married have confirmed their intentions of the one-of-a-kind televised marriage. “We hope that the competition between the two ‘husbands’ will be able to create a sort of drama and suspense that is often emphasized in Korean dramas.”

Throughout the episode, Jenn’s surprise in seeing a second husband was blatantly clear to the audience, informing us that she had no information regarding the twist in events either.

[ALLKPOP] Rumours of an Imperium SUBUNIT surface [161006]

Today, netizens discovered a leaked image of Imperium's main rapper, Kae Minsu, and vocalist Song Saeyoung.

Minsu and Saeyoung, dubbed by the fanbase as Shyperium on account of both idols being softspoken, are an already popular duo. They first gained traction once it was revealed the two knew each other in childhood and reunited as trainees at ACE.

While most of the fanbase is already convinced that Imperium will be getting a comeback album soon, this image only serves to solidify such speculations. The most common theory of late is that Imperium's comeback album will feature at least one song by this subunit.

Will ACE confirm these rumours as true? Or is the OP of the leaked image a Beautiful Liar?

shiloh wasn’t too fond of the cameras everywhere. he was never good on variety and preferred to let his members take care of the talking. but now he had no choice, at least this time he had minsu with him. he felt safe around minsu, and knew the elder would protect him, and vice-versa. 

he made his way out of the kitchen, in search of the cameras. once he found one he gestured for them to follow him. minsu and shiloh were going to be doing some cooking, and they figured they’d have the cameras document it. it was meant to be a reality show after all, and this was what shiloh’s reality was. 

once back in the kitchen he waddled over to minsu and tugged on his shirt, nodding his head in the direction of the cameras. he moved to stand behind minsu, hoping he’d get the idea and do the talking for him.

Gathering her belongings in the company van, Jenn’s face was as cold as ever. With the cameras off and their owners snoozing on the way to the shoot, the girl felt no need to fake a smile with the fellow idol– especially since she’d heard from her manager that he was her junior. “Do not get too close to me despite what the photographer may ask of you.” Her words spat like venom through gritted teeth at the other. She did not look at him, but instead, kept her eyes glued to the screen of her phone. “Do you understand?”
