it will probably be about makoto telling him something like changes are scary but good in many ways and that he needs to think about his future and really generic stuff. that, again, it isn't bad itself but the thing that's not what haru needs, or at least not ALL that he needs. friendship helps a lot but it's not enough and he seriously needs to talk to someone who is trained in dealing with these kind of issues. the thing is that the writers don't see haru living alone as an ~issue~ just a cute, out-of-the-ordinary fact

it is SO GOOD.............i did not know it was set in south america inspired land (mostly brazil?????) and the depiction felt SO REAL it blew me away...............like i'm still in distress so i can't write s/t too deep or coherent but the presentation of poverty, criminalization, crime, race dynamics...................all of this was so WELL DONE..............i'm in tears

yep, i wasn’t trying to excuse it just more like sighing helplessly bc i’m so used to this shit by now. the raava/vatu thing was like. wild western projections on to a very important cultural concept too so i just give up on them being ok on that.

sigh yeah idk what else i expected.. it's probably too much to hope for that they'd get their shit together at some point
