I’m curious about Sandra’s shifting characterization and where the narrative would have taken it, had she not been killed off. She was becoming vocal about her concern for Jeremy’s mental instability, even confronting Greg about taking Jeremy to Boston (which would have done wonders for his mental health). Her murder is bittersweet not only because it was an accident, but because it’s implied that things would have gotten better for Jeremy if he hadn’t done that.
