Spring Break Motivation
Live for each moment. Enjoy it, never take it for granted, and make the most of it.
I'll keep it short and sweet today guys.
There are 86,400 seconds in a day. And each moment only comes once then its gone. Each moment is precious. Each breath you take is unique. Never take you life or the time in your day for granted. So instead of just saying I got an hour before work, let me just watch tv, Say instead, I got an hour before work let me get some work done. And by some work, I mean work on you. Get better for your own sake. It's not a gimmick when people say invest in yourself. Improve yourself so you can elevate your own life to be where you want to be. Experience SPQR. That's what it means. Living life. Working to reach your goals. Not because of what others expect of you, but because its your passion, its what gives you life. Working on yourself in order to live the life that you want. That means taking advantage of every moment and not slacking off. So go and get it. And never look back.

End of Week 1! Well not of the actual week, but of these blog posts! So lets get to it then...
Don't Stop working on you!
That's right, keep working on improving you. This is a tip on how to get better today. The last few days we have been talking about having a vision and knowing what will define our success. So now that we know exactly what we want to achieve, it's time to look at history. Find the people in the world that have done what you seek to achieve. Find out who it is, and research them. Find out how they became that great. What made them tick. What where the tips and tricks that they learned. Learn from their mistakes. Improve on their successes and failures.
If that person is still alive, write them a letter. And if they are or not, try to read books or articles on them. If you want to become the best boxer in the world, learn from the greats. Pick Muhammed Ali or Mike Tyson or whoever you think is the best. Then contact them and tell them your mission and ask for advice. Read up on how they trained, what their routine was, what their mentality was and who they received help from. Everybody's had some help. Find out who you should reach out to.
So seek out your model for success and improve on it this week! Let us know how it goes!

Spring Break Motivation Day 5
Monday!
The beginning of the week for us all! I know that Mondays can be rough and can drain many of us. So lets try to not give up on the first day of the week! So here's a great quote for us today.
"Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it."
-Charles Swindoll
I think that this is a great quote because I feel it accurately reflects how life is. People get caught up on, 'this happened to me' or 'its not my fault'. And it's true, not everything is your fault. But it doesn't mean that you get to not take responsibility for your life. Everyone's guilty of this. But sometimes we need a reminder. Bad things will happen to you in your life but you can't let it define your life. How you react to it will ultimately define your life.
Say you get fired from your job. You could blame it on your jerk of a boss. Or you could take it as a learning experience. Chalk it up to an opportunity. Now that you're fired you can find a job you really want.
I read somewhere online that when life gets harder its because you've leveled up. I'm not much of a video game player, but I think that's a great quote. Life's gotten harder, but you can handle it. You have all the skills equipped to make the most of it. While I've discovered it probably won't be in the way we thought it would happen, you will get through it.
And with that I'll leave you on one last quote.
"Up to this point, you've survived 100% of your worst days. You're undefeated. If that's not encouraging, I don't know what is."
-unknown
Have a great day!

Spring Break Motivation Day 3
Saturday evening is when the fun begins! Right?! Well sometimes you can't take a break. You may want to take that break, may want to have fun but you gotta get that work done. When your putting in the work, your competition is sleeping. They may be more talented than you, but when you put in that work, when you have a vision and stay focused, that's when you beat talent. When talent takes a day off, that's when hard work steps up and catches up. Always keep up the grind and reach your goal.
