Weight Watchers
Is probably one of the best decisions I've made this year. Although it's been tough finding the right meeting, I think I've finally found the perfect group for me. This past week I was hesitant to weigh in because I wasn't eating as well as I could of, BUT I still ended up dropping 3.2 pounds! I'm almost at my 20 pound mark which is fucking crazy. Hooray!!!!
