what is forgiveness?

'Forgiveness: The intentional and voluntary process by which a victim undergoes a change in feelings and attitude regarding an offense, lets go of negative emotions such as vengefulness, with an increased ability to wish the offender well.’

In my experience forgiveness is not something that someone must do, even if it is expected of them. But sometimes it is necessary to forgive in order to move on. However it is important to remember that to forgive someone does not necessarily mean to forget what they did, because some people never change.

probably talking to my friends, whether it’s texting or calling or whatever. It’s kinda nice to touch base with other people at the end of my day. Especially if i haven’t seen them in a while x

Sort of i suppose, but not really? We aren’t really talking so i guess thats a fight of sorts

Purple: 10 facts about my room:

- I moved house not long ago so my room is new

- I have a double bed (usually with a cat sleeping on it)

- I have a wall thats absolutely covered in pictures

- I have a stereo that a blast music out of on a regular basis

- My parents are divorced, so technically i have 2 rooms

- My other room is home to pretty much all my sewing stuff

- at the moment i have no curtains so i have a blanket pegged up to stop sun

- My room is full of many, many clothes

- i love my room

- amazingly i usually manage to keep it tidy

Orange: 6 facts about my home town.

- It’s very busy and full of lots of people

- I have lived there my whole life

- One of my parents was also born there

- It has lovely weather

- And even lovelier people

- It’s where i plan to spend a majority of my life, i like living there

- I consider myself quite sociable

- often i let people walk all over me

- I’m always too nice to people who aren’t nice to me

When does the emptiness of him leaving stop its been almost 4 months and I still feel like I have a bullet in my chest

I’m afraid when it comes to relationships you are really asking the wrong person, although i can definitely say that i know where you are coming from. And unfortunately all i can say is that these things take time, and it’s never going to be easy i know.. But what’s important is that it won’t last forever, although it feels like the end of the world quite frankly it isn’t. And then you’ll look back and realise how much you have learned and gained from your experience. My advice to you is to take the time to concentrate and work on yourself, and what you want and need, fill your time with distractions and soon you’ll find your feet again xxx
