A.) I think there’s something about. Whether they be ghosts or not, I’m not very sure. I have had some odd things happen to me that I can’t explain, so I haven’t seen a ghost, but…?
At my old family’s home (we’ve moved since), I would fall asleep on the couch quite a bit as I was a sickly child/teen and just kinda made camp there when I felt. The stairs going upstairs were right on the other side of the wall of the couch I would fall asleep on and a few times, I would hear footsteps. Just slow, very sure, footsteps making their way down. I do have a big family, so usually a sibling or two were home with me, but on a couple of occasions this happened; I was alone. So, I hear these footsteps and without much thought just think it’s a sibling. So they would get to the bottom and I hear them make their way to the middle of the living room and stop. After a minute or so of waiting for them to say/do something; I turn around to see who had come down and no one was there. And we did have dogs too, but they were always curled up with me on the couch/by the couch. And they would run up and down those steps like nothing else…
Then there was a time I was staying at my sister’s for a while for fun and one night being up late and all (the night owl I am). I’m looking in the fridge, and to my left is a very small hallway to the two bedrooms. I see someone coming, thinking it my sister waking up and coming into the kitchen, as who else could it be? So I wait for her to join me at the fridge and it seems like so much longer than it should take. I look and she’s not there. So I go down the hallway and she’s in bed, snoring away. O.o
Another time there, niece came to stay with us for the night (she was about a year old or so, I think). In the morning, she’d like to come and cuddle up with me for a while. Well, this morning, she stood up and was waving to someone and smiling. I think my sister is awake, so I don’t turn around and just wait for her to say hello or to take niece or something as such. But I hear a very cheerful ‘Hi!’ right by my ear and just turn my head so quickly to see what she was doing. She wasn’t there. I get up with niece to see where she went and she’s not there. Turns out she went to run some errands, so me and niece were there alone when this happened. So… Yus. O.o
C.) When I was little (from probably 3/4 to 8/9)I would dress up as a black cat or a witch. >u< I just loved being a cat or witch. And my mum would make my tail and ears for whenever I was a cat. :D lol Then I was a pirate one year, a mad scientist/nurse/doctor deal, um… I was a few things, I can’t remember all of them right now…
S.) Oh, best Halloween? That’s a toughie… I would always have a Halloween party in high school, that was always fun (not like wild, half the school shows up kind of party, but a few friends dressing up watching scary movies and all kind of party XD) and I would consider those among the best (my still best friend was among the few that were apart of it and he still mentions them XD). Hmm… I would say the best is the Halloween Blizzard.
Alright, so, in 91’, there was a blizzard on Halloween (they still mention it every year here in Minnesota on the news, it’s fantastic XD) and barely anyone went trick or treating of course. Well, my dad loving Halloween (it’s where I get it ;D) took us as he did every year and we got sooo much candy. And what I remember of it, it was just a good year, though, maybe that’s just among the best too and not the best…
It’s tough to decide, as I do adore Halloween. And like I said, a big part of that is because of my dad… I mean, he would take us trick or treating every year, and we’d go pick out the pumpkins together, and carve them and watch the specials and he’d take us to pick our costumes… Everything.
So… I can’t pick a best Halloween as I just love the holiday in general and all of mine have been pretty good. (Last year wasn’t a favorite, but I won’t get into that right now…)
Um… Yeah. Just… Getting a little personal here; my dad passed away a little over twelve years ago and part of Halloween is just thinking about him a little more and thinking of all the good Halloweens and times we got to have. :) He loved Halloween. I mean, when he took us trick or treating, he’d be the one saying, “Just one more house” when we wanted to go home. XD And so, my family is continuing on with having a grand Halloween, I think for both us and the kids of the family so they can have that same love for Halloween. :) …
And I’ve rambled on long enough in my answers. So, I shall stop here. :D ❤
