Picture on the right is a year ago with my normal acne. Would get atleast one new painful pimple every week and the rest just hang around. For 10 years. Pic on the left is me now acne free for atleast few weeks now. Just have some scarring and red dry skin left. I've tried a million different things and face scrubs over the year and my secret is #spirolactone... been taking it for 3 months. Also #retinol helped with breakouts.
