hi sorry if this is weird but i saw your post abt hacking your acnl town and i was wondering if you could tell me how you did it? i can only find guides from around 2017 and am cautious about following them in case it messes up my 3ds.

This website here has everything you need to know about hacking your 3DS first. It has a couple different methods depending on what 3DS you have but there is a method for all of them!

Once it’s hacked, make sure you have Checkpoint as one of your homebrew apps.

You can use that app to upload your edited acnl saves.

Then, there’s a website you can use to edit your acnl saves once you’ve backed them up using Checkpoint.

An Animal Crossing: New Leaf savegame editor. It lets you edit your town, items, villagers and more!

Just find the garden.dat or garden-plus.dat file in the Checkpoint saves folder, and upload it to the website and change whatever you need! I’m sure there will be guides for the website you can look up if you need them.

ACNL Hacking??

So I’ve seen a lot of people hack their towns and make their towns beautiful. I kinda wanna try it? Can anyone give me advice or warn me about anything in the process of hacking? What’s your experience with hacking?
