Over the summer, I created a new file in my town solely for the purpose of having a more complete dress shop. Meet Celine, a surrogate older sister to Fievel. She is an avid seamstress with a passion for fashion. She enjoys making dresses more accessible for residents that don’t get to visit the Able Sisters. I’ll update my dream address once Celine’s shop is full enough for visitation. I’m currently on the hunt for some men’s jacket designs to create.
