I'm seriously in love with Peter Pan!
Peter Pan Disneyland experience
I returned to Disneyland on Sunday with the goal of finding Peter Pan in mind. My friend and I walked over towards the carousel/Snow White's Grotto to check around and we ended up asking a photopass photographer if she'd seen him around. She told us that she'd last spotted Peter around here a couple of hours ago, but "he kinda does whatever he wants" (lol), and should be wandering around somewhere, probably by Pixie Hallow.
By Tinkerbell's home we asked another worker, and he told us that he saw Peter Pan walking down the bridge right next to Pixie Hallow about a half hour ago. I was a little disappointed that we had missed him and were only seemingly following his footsteps. My friend was meh about the whole situation and didn't care as much about finding him as me. After walking around a little bit, we returned to Pixie Hallow to wait in line for Tink. I stood facing the bridge, thinking "haha what if Peter just happens to walk by?" and less than ten minutes later, a familiar character in green pranced down the bridge. I freaked out a bit, whacked my friend in the arm, and proceeded to leave my spot in line.
Peter Pan (Filly, the new replacement for Acorn) bounces all over the place. My friend said out a loud "Peter Pan!!" while he was walking and he turned with a cheerful "Hi!" but never slowed his pace. He passed by a kid in a stroller, and then stopped and walked back to wave in his face and say "Hi!". We followed him a little while down where he stopped to take pictures with the two people in front of us, and then a line started to form. He said "Folks, I won't be staying here too long okay!" But he took two photos and then that was it .__. "I didn't expect so many people here for me. Thanks everyone!" Then he bounced away again.
We trailed for a little bit and then he stopped in the middle of the road for some kids. I asked him for a photo and he said "Yeah sure! Just one second" because a child wanted his autograph. But the kid was taking a while or something and then Peter Pan exclaimed "I don't think he's ready", then proceeded to bounce to me. "Are you ready?"
Unfortunately I didn't really get to talk to him but hopefully next time I'll be able to hold a conversation with him. He's really adorable and energetic!
"My dream had always been to eat ice cream with acorn peter, one day I did finally, and then he left his job as Peter Pan"
New Peter Pan in the park. Don't know if he has a nick name yet. He was pretty good, but I miss acorn so much already.
Inspired by the story I have loved very much, this necklace is for the whimsical and adventurous or for those who ever wanted to join up with the Lost Boys. A great gift to give to someone close to you, or to keep for yourself. Do you believe?
