Grateful to get the chance to perform and work (if you can call it work) in places as beautiful as this. Looking forward to being back at @wellbeingbythelakes this year. We'll be performing on the water again. And teaching an acroyogadance workshop on dryland. Thinking of doing a long weekend trip with the acroSUP board to North Switzerland, Bavaria maybe across to Vienna. Late Sept/ Oct. Let me know if you're that area and would like an acroyogaSUP workshop. Or any beautiful spots you know to do acroyoga on the water. The margins for error on SUP board are dramatically less than on dryland but you adapt and get used to it. There's some technique, tips and tricks that help obviously which we'll show you. This can have a super beneficial effect on your normal acro practice because it helps identify where you can refine and clean your practice and find even greater clarity and control with your partner. When you take that clarity back to dryland things are not just easier, those new levels of control contribute to better quality of flow and elegant movement. If you are interested in that kind of thing of course. Things have to be clean and smooth doing acroyoga on a SUP board otherwise you're going in. And that's all part of the fun in the beginning. But then it's nice start putting some transitionsand sequences together. I've also got an @acroyogasup workshop this weekend in East London. DM if you're interested in that also, limited numbers. Oh we have 2 other events in London in Sept where we'll be getting the SUP boards on the water. A weekend & 5 day summer school and a new teacher training. More details soon or DM me. Look forward to seeing you at the @wellbeingbythelakes next week, assisted by @yogisaffi 🌿 @bamboo_clothing #wellbeingbythelakes #acroyogasup #lovemyjob (at Wellbeing by the Lakes) https://www.instagram.com/p/Ch43fNKs6vf/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
