Sadie Hernandez, a 20-year-old Brownsville, TX native is leading an ongoing protest and is calling on her Governor, Greg Abbott, to veto a measure in the state budget that targets lifesaving breast and cervical cancer screenings for Planned Parenthood patients. Sadie is currently on day 13 in the Texas heat in her daily vigil outside the Governor’s Mansion as part of her #PeoplesVeto. We #StandWithSadie and call on others to do the same.
