Summer 2026's comics
Hello all! Since today would normally be when the next month's comic poll would close on Patreon, I've decided it's about time I reveal what my plans are for the summer! Which is to say…
I'm going to be posting an Original Work over the summer!
A stagnant world, barely turning, where the time of day stands still - that is Asteria. It has been many years since the slumbering gods had been roused by The Awakening. But perhaps a new Maiden will soon embark upon the journey, seen in a young man's dreams…
Derrick Fairlight is a gifted grad student studying at the most prestigious school in the nation that once employed his late father, Ray Barlow. Having attended Lumina U in the hopes of finding some clues as to his father's premature death, Derrick is discouraged that he hasn't found any leads. With his graduation fast approaching, time is running out, until a mysterious girl ambushes him in his dorm room who seems to have the answers he's looking for.
Dreams may come true, in more ways than one.

I'm very excited to reveal more as time goes on, but for now I'll leave it with this summary and teaser! I hope you look forward to it :>
Here's the first look at one of the characters from A Chance to Start Anew! We have Derrick Fairlight, otherwise known as "Ricky".
Ricky has been very fun to work with, and I'm excited for you all to see him in the first chapter releasing over the summer :D

In the lead up to A Chance to Start Anew posting in summer, I thought it'd be neat to post a few things leading up to release! To start we've got a behind the scenes post about the development and steps of the process I took to developing the logo!
