Portland skies 5/7/2017 The city worker looked up and said, "it's just water vapor" Right....water vapor or contrails....the common myth that is used to trick folks now days.... Looks more like talcum powder being spread in the skies to me.... Five minutes later, after discussing facts with him, I saw the light bulb turn on.... That is how you change the tide...through calm discussion with one person at a time.... Thank you Mr. City Worker....for listening and being open.... You inspire me!
