#ACupOfWORD #openmic is back on Friday November 1st @indulgecoffeesav! Featuring Savannah’s spoken word artist, Jayla “JayBird” Lawton. JayBird has been creating poetry since the 3rd grade, and performing since her freshman year in high school. Now a dual-enrolled senior, she has competed in a few Slam competitions, one internationally at Brave New Voices in Las Vegas, Nevada alongside other young artists from the Deep Center, where her work has been published from 2014-2018.
