28, 29, 41 and 51! Happy Vday to one of my favorite people whom I've never actually met irl!! 💖💞💞
Happy Valentine’s Day, my love!!!
28. (Do you think long distance relationships can work?) Yes. But it takes more than two people just simply liking each other. Long Distance relationships take about as much work as a marriage! I always think about that before getting into one. Do I have the time, the energy, the patience to make this work.
29. (What do you notice first about another person?) Looks, but who doesn’t. That’s automatic, almost compulsatory. The first things I NOTICE NOTICE? Their smile and how easy they laugh. How comfortable they are with themselves. How they translate stress into laughter.
41. (What's your imagination of a "perfect date"?) I hate big fancy smancy dates. While I do appreciate the thought that goes into booking a restaurant, a movie, or a play, I find those things to be like...”reward” dates? Or special occasion dates? If we can just go down to the pizza place, or a coffee shop and TALK. Or shit, I like to do things that force you to get to know a person outside of the pretenses that a “date” would cause. Let’s play a card game, or monopoly, or go to the arcade. Or play a mini mario-kart tourney, or watch a movie and see if we have opposing thoughts on it. Formal dates are okay, but...like...PIZZA AND BEER.
51. (Would you rather date someone who's rich but a douchebag or someone who's poor but a nice guy?) NEITHER. Give me a reasonably nice guy with a plan. Who can be a snarky jackass sometimes and the a big puppy in other instances. Someone who isn’t afraid to argue with me or call me on my shit. Someone to push and motivate me because we BOTH aren’t rich and we BOTH aren’t poor and we can’t just stay here because we want to do big gigantic things.
