"... Haha, funny Yu-kun. Really funny." For a few moments the two of them stood there staring at one another, a heavy silence wavering between them. "You're... you're not-- You're not joking?" The Jester's eyes widened, a hint of blush flushing over his face. His left eye twitched nearly stumbling over himself taking a step back from the silverette. "W-What... are you insane? The hell's come over you? We-- You, w-why in your right mind would you do that with me, ME of all people?!"

A long, drawn out sigh escaped Adachi's lips removing his hands from his pockets. He stared at the young man with a grieving expression. "Ah.. I suppose this one won't kill me." With that, a small grunt escaped the Jester's lips taking a few steps towards Yu. He then quickly held him for a few moments while then widening the distance between them once he finished their brief embrace.

"A joke, huh? Well, I gotta say I do know my fair share of funny jokes as I'm sure you've noted in the past... Ahem." The ex-detective took a few moments to prep himself moving his arms about in a confident manner while then finally waving them out full-heartily. "What did one shark say to the other while eating a clown fish?-- Come on, you gotta guess!" He stood there for a few moments as the silverette pondered over his answer. As he was about to speak, Adachi opened his yap already blurting out the answer.
"This tastes funny! Haha~! Get it? Cause you know, he's a clown fish, and clowns are supposed to be funny! Ahhh I crack myself up."
