For my latest uni project we were tasked with looking into reportage, which to put it simply is recording on observation. Above are links to 3 to 3 different artists that use and focus on reportage in their works. I highlighted these 3 as I believe that they all represent this in unique and interesting ways. The first being Anna Cattermole who breaks down her environment into pieces and then records them in a graphic style. The second artist is Adam Dant, who caught my attention with his extremely high-detailed depictions of architecture. And lastly the third artist I chose was Anne Howeson, whose depiction of her environment is very surreal and illustrative and effective at capturing a more comical side of her environment. So those are the three artists please click on the links and take a look at their works and I think i’ll end it at that. Till next time bye :)
