@zero-to-pointfive made a deal with Inigo and Shigure to make up for the Sakuya cosplay incident

Shigure knocks on the door to Niles’ room. “I’m surprised you’re joining,” Inigo says, wearing most of his Halloween costume. The only pieces missing are the hair extensions/color, the corset, the breast padding, and the voice changer.

“And miss out on the consequences of your stupid choices? No way,” Shigure responds. His tone is affectionate despite his words.

Shigure enters the room carrying canvases and a bag full of paints and brushes. “Hello Henry!” he greets, Inigo following behind him and closing the door. 

“I hope you’re ready to paint today.”

Shigure is frankly nervous when Inigo leads him to the solitary room. He’d been told about the Henry that had been summoned. Inigo wants Shigure to sing to Henry, thinking it may help settle him. 

They enter the room quietly, closing the door behind them. There are healers stationed outside just in case.

“Heeeey Henry. I brought someone with me today,” Inigo says calmly, dropping his usual smile. Shigure recalls being told to keep his expressions neutral. That shouldn’t be hard.

Olivia looked over her son in his dance attire, a warm smile spreading across her face. No, warm was not the right word, though it did describe it as well. It was a proud smile. She walked over, fixing one of his ornaments before tilting his head down. “Inigo... I am so proud of you.” She whispered before placing a gentle kiss on his head.

When Shigure and Inigo are finally rescued successfully, six months had passed. That time has left them thin, wounded, and messy, so they’re brought to the infirmary immediately.

Askr’s top notch medicine stabilizes them easily, and both are given a proper meal. Likely the first they’ve had since their initial capture. At Shigure’s urgent request, they are allowed to share an infirmary room while they rest.

Then, as soon as both Shigure and Inigo are strong enough, they get to addressing their appearances. Six months has allowed their hair to grow long. In Inigo’s case, the cleanup requires an awful lot of shaving.

But this is only the beginning. Both boys have a long road to recovery ahead of them. At least now they are free.

“...You’ll forgive me if I don’t believe that for a second.” Niles still had his hand on his knife, but he didn’t think he’d get a chance to use it- if the being before him wanted him dead, he would be dead in an instant. “Who- what are you?”

“Hello again, Henry!” Shigure announces as he walks in the room, carrying some song tomes. Of course, Inigo is there too, since Henry requested his presence. “I hope you’re ready to sing today!” he continues, setting the tomes down on a table.
