I love a good @valar-did-me-wrong style RoP text post.
Feelings were felt (so many feelings) and stickers were made…

Not a cellphone in sight. Just people living in the moment.
That look of satisfaction 🫦
Adar, I miss you.
Roses are red, Adar committed war crimes, Not that it mattered, We could still be Valentines.
This Valentine's ends with me dead in his camp, doesn't it?
“My children: we have endured much. We cast off our shackles, crossed mountain, field, frost, and fallow till our feet bloodied the dirt. From Ered Mithrin to the Ephel Arnen, we have endured. Yet tonight, one more trial awaits us. Our enemy may be weak, their numbers meager, yet before this night is through, some of us will fall. For the first time we will do so not as unnamed slaves in faraway lands, but as brothers. As brothers and sisters in our home!” —Adar. Rings of Power S01E06 Udûn.
I love my OG Adar. He doesn’t usually get the appreciation he deserves. I did my best effort for my Bestie and sister in Adar: @heckate-hexx
Adar would never!
Let me show you what Adar does to sex pests and child abusers!

I drew two Uruks!
I am not an artist. I’m just someone who spent all day in a web seminar and needs to move their hands to pay attention.
I love this still of Samdar. For the next seminar, I might try Joedar’s unhinged smile.
During the Tolkien Horror Week, @eowyn7023 directed me to her fic where Adar is married to Shelob in humanoid form. She mentioned in the comments that she could picture Adar performing a mating dance for his partner. As a biologist, I loved that, peacock spiders are very cool and beautiful!
This made me think about the ballerina Milena Sidorova’s astonishingly complicated choreography inspired by spiders:
With encouragement from my Bestie, @heckate-hexx I used a pose from that ballet as a reference, and voilá!
Adar’s arachnid dance to seduce his cosmic horror spouse.
