Lilies, they are my favourite flower, especially the white ones. I sometimes doodle them in my excercise books. 

Also, Lily Evans. I think the two things somehow connected in my childhood and it stayed that way.

YES! Somebody recognised it! *punches the air* It’s from there! There was a time when I obsessively listened to the movie’s soundtrack (especially Young and Beautiful and Together). I adore the build up near the end and the symbolism used with the green light. And the letters falling off the screen. Probably a lot of other things but these are the main ones. 

Then I read the book and fell deeply and irrevocably in love with Fitzgerald’s writing style - I would sometimes stop at a sentence and read it two more times because it was so gorgeous. Whoops.

She is! Although her name is actually Kudan Mira. I'm not entirely sure where Sarah Miller came from, I think it started when the only information we were getting about the later novels had gone through a few languages (Japanese -> Chinese -> English), so I believe that's how her name got messed up.Kudan is the girl that Sousuke rescues right in the very beginning. The girl with the long fuchsia-colored hair in the first episode of the anime, and in the novel. She spends months recovering from the drugs and abuse she had suffered in Russia. When Mithril is destroyed, she goes into hiding along with Hunter (the guy in TSR who helps out in Hong Kong) and Wraith.Al contributed a big part of the construction of the ARX-8. He put in his input on how Sousuke fights so they could determine how to get the most out of him and build an AS tailored specifically to the pilot. Kudan also probably never would have been able to build a Lambda Driver without Al's help. But the ARX-8's varied arsenal makes it pretty obvious that her Whispered specialty must be in weapons development.I believe she's half-Japanese. Her name does get written with kanji(久壇 未良), but it's also usually written in katakana which is reserved for foreign words/names. From her descriptions that she doesn't look Japanese, though she does speak the language and seems to have been from Japan (I want to say northern Japan? I don't think it's ever stated clearly, just hinted at) so perhaps her family moved their and chose kanji for their name. Prior to her kidnapping, she was an athletic girl who loved tennis. It's hinted that her family was killed, but those thoughts of hers come through her trauma, so it's difficult to say for sure.She also crushes on Sousuke, but she's perfectly happy with it being unrequited. Most of it is because she had saved him, and she seems to be fully aware of that, as well as, of course, his feelings for Kaname. So she never makes any sort of move on it, she's just shy around him and does her best to help him succeed.An important note: In Sigma, they make it sound like Kudan invented the Fairy Feather anti-Lambda Driver device. THIS IS INCORRECT. KANAME invented it. Sigma removed a scene in Mexico when Kaname and Sousuke are talking over the radio. Kaname tells Sousuke to check the freezer for a flashdrive, and the Fairy Feather is contained on that. In the manga, when Sousuke is face to face with Kudan, he thinks "It seems that she's the one who invented the Fairy Feather." (and the scanlation changed it to "She is the one who invented the Fairy Feather." -Not a lot of room in the bubble for the proper translation so I don't blame them, but it does change the meaning) Kudan only helped to build it using Kaname's designs. She did NOT invent it.Annndddd I think that's it!
