"Hu--" His not-quite-word went silent as he blinked rapidly, looking around a bit even though he was pretty sure that he was being spoken to, but--

It clicked. Of course, of course it did. Leaving him momentarily blank-faced and unsure of which emotion he should be feeling before his face softened, eyes squinted shut in an overblown attempt at a large smile. "Oh! Ha! I guess I didn't notice, I've had so many of them!" More than he wanted to tell.

But it wasn't... bad. It wasn't bad. Awkward, a little, and he was unsure about what to say, but ultimately it was the simplest thing that mattered. "Thank you, really. It's... It's nice to be thought of fondly sometimes." His expression had fallen into a real smile, at least.

“Kaito, you are not ‘fine’, we need to take you to the hospital! Look if you won’t go there, at least go in here we can get you help!” Adelha would hear some gruff yelling from outside her shop before a large bipedal white tiger walked in, helping hold up a man in a white trenchcoat, having silver-white hair, pale blue eyes behind his black framed glasses, and a coldness about his magical presence, which was enough the lower the temperature around too.

“Please, miss! Do you have some ice? He’s in a bad way, it will help heal him!” Shiro the Exceed in his white tiger battle form called to the woman he could see inside, hoping she could help them. Kaito Yukimura an Ice Dragon Slayer and S Class mage of Fairy Tail, had overworked himself and thus got injured on his last S Class quest. Stubbornly thinking he could just walk things off, his Exceed partner forced him inside to be tended to properly. There was a notable cut across his arm that was hidden because of his coat, and it may have been poisoned or infected too.

Adelha sets Aqua the kitten beside Astolfo for the kitten to snuggle Astolfo.

He was lying on his stomach as the kittin is placed nearby, the small climb using one of his thighs as the feline burrows under his cape, not disturbing the knight’s sleep as bump forms right at the center of his back.

Somehow, this has caused him to stop rolling outright, as if he had some sort of control during his slumber.

...Ah?

Seems he is now smiling softly as well somehow.

“I’m going to pick you up now, okay? Just hold on to me.” - Another rainy night would have Adelha finding Izuru Kira in a back alleyway. A dead Hollow the obvious reason why Izuru is on the ground and bleeding from a gash in his head. Along with a bruising ankle where he lost both his sandal and sock. Adelha soon lifting the shinigami into her arms as the Great Dane puppy she was walking gives a concern growl at the dead Hollow. Adelha shifting her grip on Izuru to give the puppy a few words in German. So the puppy moves to walk beside Adelha as she carries Izuru away from the back alley. "We are much too far from Urahara Shoten to go there. So I will take you someplace closer. Just breathe, Izuru-san. You are safe with me."

He had been careless this time. It was a mere hollow, not even any of the levels of Menos, and yet it had managed to catch him off-guard somehow. A quick use of kido was enough to defend himself and kill the hollow, as it realistically stood no chance against a Lieutenant of the Gotei 13, and yet...

Izuru is sore all over, it feels like. Especially his ankle, from when he had tripped, and his head, from when he had hit it on the side of a building when he had fallen. Attempts to get up only served to make him dizzy and nauseous, so he had initially settled to remain on the ground until either help was sent, or he felt well enough to get up again.

He hadn't expected the strange woman to find him yet again, the one who had helped him on his first mission in many decades to the human world He hardly even hears her words, or the growl of the puppy, as he's lifted and carried.

He manages to lift one arm enough to loop it around her neck to hold on as instructed, even as he struggles to maintain consciousness at being moved. Even so, he must protest.

"Don't... I don't trust Urahara..." He murmurs, having only heard about half of her words, and thus believing that she was taking him to the former captain. "Just... Need to call Seireitei... They'll send someone."

Ah, so the family has had a hand at tending to the major part of Chaldea. Good, then, since family was there for family and it made sense for them to chip in when Adelha couldn't.

Attention switching from Gilles to his Master, the assassin bows his head politely and closes his eyes.

“It makes me happy knowing that you have taken the time for yourself among others, Master. I have been finding myself thinking about you, and if you have been tending to yourself after our last encounter.” 

He did not bother to hide it. Upon his sleeves was the two circular wooden gifts that she had given him- and judging on how they had looked, he had kept them exceptionally clean.
