I know exactly how you feel, it has been the same for me for years now! What has been helping me lately is the knowledge that no matter what I do, no matter if I stress or stay calm, if I work a lot or a little, time will go on and the next day, the next week, the day after the exam will always come no matter what. You and I both know you will be good enough no matter if you work a lot or a little less than usual. Try to find the peace in the flow of time and in knowing this will be over soon💖

(If you couldn’t tell, I’m answering some messages in my inbox, but I’m getting tired again so I might stop soon) I really wanted to answer this one because I love what you said and it’s something I often lose sight of: perspective.

Someday, it will be over. I mean, I was so dreading that English exam, but lo and behold, I suffered for two and a half hours and then I was done, and time went on, and I’m not even thinking about it anymore (lowkey blocking it from my mind but ya know, whatever). Life goes on, always!
