Thanks Ad Fed for the awesome welcome to the board. Minneapolis, Minnesota. June 21, 2016 #advertising #adfed #adfedmn #minnstagramers (at Kieran's Irish Pub)
Congratulations to designer Anne Ulku on being named a winner of the 32 Under 32 award by the Advertising Federation of Minnesota!
The award aims to highlight excellency among Minnesota’s creatives, advertisers, marketers, and public relations professionals.
On June 4th, Anne Ulku will also be one of the artists on display at the 2016 ARTCRANK show. The show features bike-inspired posters that were all created by independent artists.

Prepping for my lecture at Ad Federation luncheon. #table100 #burnyourportfolio #addy #adfederation #adfed #jacksonms (at Table 100)
The Louisville AdFed asked me to do a quick-turn postcard design for their event "Agency of Change." They wanted a typographic/lettering treatment. Since the panel was discussing how to change the culture at an agency to be more exclusive, I went with a fairly simple concept of transitioning from gray to color and from sterile to more organic.
The challenge was executing the final piece over a weekend when I was going to be away from my art supplies, so I did this all with my Wacom in Photoshop.
I don't love the template it had to go on, but it is what it is, amiright?
