Creating in isolation
Feeling alone was one of my biggest difficulties when I was younger. Nowadays I don’t feel alone anymore however, a lot of the issues have still stuck with me. Especially how I approach a task.

ADHD and Creativity
Just watched a youtuber with ADHD talk about how his self worth is dictated by his artistic output, ie, what he creates and I realized it is completely true for me too. The longer I go without making something.. without creating something.. the worse I feel. It’s like I slowly lose my tether to reality. The longer I go without MAKING something, the more depressed I get.
It’s an interest thought.
