if i always reply very fast or immediately to ppl's messages i hope they don't think im weird. it's my way to convey deep affection and interest in what they have to say. a way to remind them i love them no matter what, hoping they never forget it. also i have adhd and 14 hours screentime

As a girl with adhd i realized i do A LOT OF self medication. Chain smoking, nail biting, hair pulling, skin picking and obv doomscrolling. I will talk to my doctors and maybe they will put me on ritalin again.

They can be very hesitant with it, since it is also used as a dope. Idk, maybe they will trust me since i am a psychology major? I am sick of my dopamine circle fr.
