Every time I have watched one of her videos, I have immediately become overwhelmed (in a good, powerful way) because I find out that something about myself that I have beat myself up for my entire life is a common problem with people with ADHD. I think I get overwhelmed because for two decades there have been so many times in which I hate myself because I can't understand why I've done something and learned to think I was stupid, but in reality it's a problem that many other people struggle to deal with and it's not necessarily my fault. I'm not an idiot, something is happening to me and I just need to identify it and learn how to manage it.
I want to share her channel because I bet there are people here who will find it as helpful as I have and I want them to have this resource.
