RUN FOR THE OCEANS Noch zwei Tage läuft die globale Challenge zum Schutz der Meere und zur Vermeidung von Plastik. Wir Läufer können über die Challenge in der adidas Running App oder über Strava Kilometer für den guten Zweck sammeln und adidas unterstützt dann @parley.tv bei der Entfernung der Plastikmenge von bis zu 500.000 Pfund. Das entspricht 10 Plastikflaschen pro gelaufenem Kilometer. Durch meinen 16k Morgenlauf habe ich meine Kilometerspende auf 82,87km erhöht und vielleicht knacke ich in den letzten beiden Tagen ja auch noch die 100km. Jetzt geht’s aber erstmal aufs Wasser, um dieses Lebenselixier zu genießen.
