Adjectives: Before or After a Noun?
Whenever the adjective comes before a noun, it’s putting emphasis on the noun and it acts as a distinguisher from others like it.
So un determinado estado differs from un estado determinado because it’s focusing more on the essential fact that it is determined and not the fact that it is a state/status which happens to be determined.
There are, however adjectives that change meaning when put in front or after the noun.
