First Jobs - Killer

So! We got a glimpe of their past before, so now let's talk about some future<3

Killer started working pretty early in life while in school, with no idea on what he could actually do in the future, more out of necessity. Because of this, there's a lot he tried out since he was 15.

Between all of that, he tried working in bars and cafes a few times, both as a teen and an adult. He enjoys the whole "chatting with people" part of the job; it's always been easy for him, and this way he always has something to do.

In his twenties he decided to get another job at a café near the new appartment for a couple years. He likes the routine. Also, Dream stops there almost daily either in the morning or to study in the afternoon, sometimes to wait for his shift to be over

Horror liking gore was a jumpscare lol, but what's up with Killers dislike of hospitals? Also Dreams markings that remind me of a crown...

Why does Ink throw up when alone?? Poor guy

Hi!! It wasn't the drawing I was hinting at (it's about one...or two of the characters mentioned here tho), but this ask definitely deserves its own >:D

-Yeah, a guy should have some hobbies✨ He's not the only one liking gore either, so he can share his interests with others<3

-Well, a crown is a pretty heavy responsibility to carry for a child, and the past leaves lots of marks :)

Sometimes he almost remembers how much

-As for Ink, a partial answer to that could be found here, but some days even he doesn't remember exactly the details of it.

Also, Ink ended up being adopted pretty early in the end.

...Not everyone was as lucky.

-About Killer...Let's say his hate for hospitals began when he was little. He used to be a really sick kid (especially because of his soul), and not having someone who at least could stay with him when he had to go there definitely didn't make things easier. Even as a teen and then adult his health issues didn't completely go away. The hospital visits just stopped.

Killer wasn't originally from the town, even though he had a couple of far relatives there: he was sent to live there in another children home when he was around 10 so he could be closer to a specialized clinic for his condition -just after it seemed to have been a bit stabilized. He then decided to stay in the town when he was a bit older (and avoid hospitals in general if he could).

First Jobs - Dust

The town can be chaotic and, in its way, full of life. That's why Dust doesn't like it, and that's why he prefers to run from it. In humid and cold archives he finally feels at home. In there, he finds the long-waited silence at least.

It started as a way to keep his mind off of other things: when he found out they needed someone to help with the Sheriff station's archive for the summer, he just thought it would be easy enough.

It wasn't the only year he did that.

It didn't take long before he realised no one else was really checking on what he did down there, where truths lied long-buried in rotting binders and dusty shelfs.

And, most important, that there were lots of things that could be found in archives, if only you learnt to understand how they worked.
